By accessing our website and making purchases, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before using our site.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
This site is intended for use by individuals 18 years and older. By using our site, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
PRODUCTS
Each product is presented with a detailed description and photographs. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are handmade, which may result in slight variations between pieces.
- The prices of our products are indicated in the local currency (COP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders for which a shipping confirmation has already been sent.
- Shipments are made three business days after the purchase. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays until the next business day.
- The number of units of each product is kept up-to-date with the stock in the warehouse. Under no circumstances will DENISE DACCACH intentionally offer more units of products than are available.
Order Confirmation
Once the order is completed, that is, the confirmation of the purchase process, DENISE DACCACH will always send an email to the customer confirming the details of the purchase made.
Product Loss
- Product Delivery: DENISE DACCACH is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address provided by the customer in the order form. DENISE DACCACH will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the delivery address provided by the customer in the order form is not clear and correct.
- Delivery Time: Shipments will be made through the transportation companies with which DENISE DACCACH has agreements. Once your order is confirmed, it will be packed and shipped. For products in stock, shipping will take place three business days after the purchase is confirmed. For products made to order, shipping will occur ten business days after payment is approved. Once the shipment is dispatched to the carrier, the customer will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number and can track their order on the carrier's website. DENISE DACCACH is not responsible for delays in delivery or for any issues where delivery could not be completed due to the customer's fault. In this case, the customer must contact the carrier directly, providing the tracking number. For security reasons, no order will be accepted if it is not possible to identify the recipient and their address.
- Package Loss: In the event of loss or theft of the shipped package, it is the responsibility of the transportation company to initiate an investigation to locate the package and determine the procedure to request payment for the jewelry contained in the lost package.
- Undelivered Shipments: If after five business days following the dispatch of the order, delivery has not been completed, the customer must contact DENISE DACCACH via email at denisedaccachjewelry@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +57315574656. If the customer does not take action, after five business days the package will be returned to DENISE DACCACH, and the customer will bear the costs of shipping and returning the merchandise, as well as handling fees.
- Diligence in Delivery: The customer must check the condition of the package upon receipt from the transportation company, noting any anomalies that may be detected in the packaging. If there is any anomaly, the customer must contact DENISE DACCACH via email or WhatsApp within twenty-four hours of delivery. From that moment on, incidents of this type will not be addressed.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns within 10 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in its original, unused condition. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Jewelry on sale or at a discount is non-exchangeable.
- Exchanges will be made for the value of the item. If the customer wishes to exchange the product, they must pay the difference, and if the value is lower, no refund will be issued, and a credit will be given instead.
- The jewelry must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.
- The return must be made in the same bag or box in which it was received to protect the product. If this is not possible, the customer must return it in a box or bag that protects the product to ensure it arrives at DENISE DACCACH.
- A copy of the delivery receipt must be included inside the package, indicating the reason for the return.
- No refunds will be issued at any time.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect when published on the website.
